Dr. Audrey has impeccable credentials. She holds a bachelor's, masters and doctoral degree in nutrition and public health from the University of California, Berkeley and for the past twenty years has served on the faculty of the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University in New York. She is also a lawyer and has been a nutrition policy advisor to state, federal and international governments.

She is a book author and has published numerous articles in both professional journals and consumer magazines and newspapers. She is among the most often quoted nutritionists in the country. And, she is both a television and radio personality.
